The University of the Philippines Diliman , is a coeducational and public research

university located inQuezon City, Philippines. It is the flagship campus, seat of administration, and the fourth oldest constituent university of the University of the Philippines System, the national university of the Philippines.

Lead architect on the project, Leah's flair for interior/ eterior design and materials on other local projects (Boracay Gems, Guamela, Lazy Dog, 7 stones, Reef Retreat)

Civil Engineer Rodgiet O Ranara was drafted in from Davao to construct (with his team) the main structure. Structurally capable for a 3rd floor if desired the superstructure is engineered to a high european specification.

Engineer Ranara has gone on to build many more resorts on Boracay.
